RoomScannerAR Privacy Policy (iOS)

RoomScannerAR is designed to scan and measure indoor spaces using Apple RoomPlan and augmented reality technologies.

1. Data Collection

RoomScannerAR does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All room scan data, measurements, and exported files are stored locally on the user’s device.

2. Camera Usage

RoomScannerAR requires access to the device camera to perform room scanning and generate 3D models and measurements. The camera is used solely for augmented reality scanning functionality and is not used to capture or transmit images to any external service.

3. Data Storage

All room scans, exported PDF reports, and 3D files (USDZ) are stored locally on the device. The app does not upload scan data to any cloud server.

4. File Sharing

When users choose to share exported files (PDF or 3D models), the file is shared using Apple’s standard share sheet functionality. The app does not track or monitor how shared files are used after sharing.

5. Analytics & Tracking

RoomScannerAR does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

6. Location & Motion Data

RoomScannerAR does not collect or store location data. RoomScannerAR does not access motion sensors directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect future feature changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
