JuriDay is a residency tracking, travel planning, and informational rule-based assessment application. This policy explains what JuriDay processes and where that information is handled. JuriDay is not tax, legal, financial, immigration, or official government advice.
JuriDay stores profiles, travel records, planned travel, questionnaire answers, and evidence in local app storage. Residency assessments are calculated from the information recorded in the app. JuriDay currently has no developer-operated backend. A travel ledger, residency result, profile fact, citizenship or income category, and evidence file are not transmitted to a JuriDay server.
Travel and residency information is used on the device to calculate the supported rule-based assessments and planning views you request. The results are informational estimates and may not reflect every fact relevant to a legal determination.
When you choose this feature and allow Photos access, JuriDay checks permitted photo dates and location metadata on your device. Country resolution uses a bundled offline country-boundary dataset. Photo coordinates used for reconstruction are not sent to a JuriDay server, Apple geocoding, or another geocoding service.
Photo results are supporting evidence only. They do not prove absence, fill unobserved days, or automatically create confirmed travel records. Photo suggestions require your review and confirmation.
Automatic location tracking is not active in the current release. A separate optional travel-import path may use Apple's Core Location and geocoding services when you choose that path and grant permission. This is separate from Photo Travel Reconstruction.
Evidence metadata and files that you add are stored locally. JuriDay does not upload those records to a developer-operated server. Sharing or exporting them occurs only when you initiate the system sharing or export action.
Backup, CSV, PDF, and Accountant Pack files are created only when you ask JuriDay to create them. You choose whether and where to save or share an exported file. Backup files may contain the local information described above. Attached evidence file binaries are not included in the current backup format.
JuriDay uses Apple's StoreKit for product information, purchases, and restoring purchases. Apple may process purchase and account information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. JuriDay does not control Apple's services.
JuriDay currently has no Firebase, advertising, analytics, attribution, Crashlytics, Sentry, or developer-operated telemetry service. Opening official sources, Privacy, Terms, or Support uses normal system or browser services.
JuriDay does not include an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking pixel, or developer-operated telemetry.
JuriDay does not sell your information. It does not send your travel ledger, residency results, profile facts, citizenship or income categories, or evidence files to a JuriDay server. Information can leave the device when you use Apple services, the optional location-import path, StoreKit, official web links, or a system export or sharing action that you initiate.
Local app data remains until you remove it through the app, delete the app, or otherwise clear its device storage. Deleting JuriDay normally removes data stored within the app's local container from that device. This does not remove files you previously exported or shared, device/cloud backups managed outside JuriDay, or information processed by Apple services.
JuriDay is a general-purpose planning application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request or collect children's personal information through a developer-operated service.
JuriDay uses the platform's protected app storage and system services, but no device or software storage method is completely secure. Keep your device, backups, and exported files protected. Review any shared report or backup before sending it.
We may update this policy when JuriDay's handling changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
